Having problems with the CHECKOUT?

You've added a saddle or saddles to your shopping basket and when you go to the CHECKOUT the message reads 'Your basket is empty'.

Remedy:

you either....

(1) came to this site via one of our other domains (like bikesaddles.co.uk, cyclesaddles.co.uk etc), in which case re-type into your browser address bar 'http://www.rido-cyclesaddles.com' and try again, or

(2) your firewall settings are set too high. Check your Internet Security and Cookie Blocking zones within your firewall choices and set them to medium.... you can always set them back again when you've got passed the checkout!.
