RIDO SADDLE

No padding, no upholstery... we were taken aback when this kitsch saddle arrived at the office.
But after giving it a thorough pounding, we were impressed!

The saddle was conceived, designed and developed by John Kenney, son of Dunlop research scientist Michael. The underlying principles were that the shape should be able to redistribute the pressure of the rider's weight away from the perineum (crotch) without hindering a free pedalling action, and the construction had to be a one-piece moulding with specific flexibility qualities to disperse impact. On both counts he succeeded..... and at £10.99 (plus P&P) even sceptics can afford to give it a try! Check out www.rido-cyclesaddles.com for more information.
